Environmental Division

Central Industrial Services, Inc. is the local largest Asbestos and Lead remediation services company with more than 15 years of experience. CIS is qualified by the Environmental Quality Board, to carry out abatement processes and transportation. We’ve worked on a variety of large scale projects in government buildings (Modernization of over 25 Public Housing projects for asbestos and lead abatement), schools, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities and more.

We use the latest technology in abatement procedures approved by local and Federal Agencies. Filing and submitting of Environmental EQB permits and all other documentation needed to comply with this agency.

In addition to Asbestos and Lead Abatement, Environmental Division offers related and often complementary services that leverage our expertise in complex projects involving a remediation component and take full advantage of our skills.

All lead technicians are licensed and certified under Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board and meet training requirements according to the specific tasks they are performing as required under OSHA regulations

Did you know? The Environmental Division provides installation of suspended scaffolds, system and tubular scaffolds for general and construction industries. Installation of scaffolds for boilers, tanks, buildings, bridges and structures, etc for all types of work following all safety standards with highly trained and capacitated personnel.
